Clinical/Medical Massage Therapy is covered by your Auto Insurance when you have been involved in an auto accident. We provide the billing and information to the provider and or attorney.
Larry A. Dickey L.M.T, is a Bureau of Workers Compensation provider. He will accept, treat and bill workers compensation claims with an approved C-9 from your Primary Care Physician, or Chiropractor.
We accept, and file auto and workers comp insurance medical/clinical massage.
- If you have been injured as a result of an auto accident your auto insurance should cover medical massage by a licensed massotherapist.
- If you have been injured at work, or a work related injury BWC may cover medical massage by a BWC provider.
Insurance qualifications If you have been injured, and feel you may benefit from medical massage, we can help you with the insurance companies, or BWC as follows:
- Verify your insurance coverage
- Obtain a prescription /treatment plan from your Doctor
- Obtain a letter of medical necessity from your Doctor
- Submit claims for reimbursement by your insurance
- Provide notes and progress reports to your insurance company and Doctor
